"Best service you can get!"

Have bought at least 7 cars from this dealer. The staff is easy to work with and accommodating. No pushy sales people, just straight shooters who listen to what you are looking for and make recommendations on your needs, not the sale. The General Manager, Bob, is helpful and courteous and makes each customer feel appreciated. Have never had any complaints on this dealer - whatever issues we have come across have been resolved easily and to my satisfaction. The salesroom is small yet inviting with an air of elegance. The staff knew I had a time crunch, and yet within a two hour time span of being in the showroom in the morning, leaving and returning, all the paperwork was ready for us to sign so we could get on our way. That's service! The loan / registration staff, Charlie, knows what he's doing and makes the process seamless and easy. We have an out of state registration and he handles all of that without any problem. Every salesman we have ever had have all been the same - polite, friendly and wanting you to get the right fit for your family. They don't want to just sell you a car, they want you to improve your quality of life with a new vehicle. It's all about the customer at Falvey's, which is why we continue to go to them when we are shopping for new (and used, for the kids) vehicles. We have never had any problem with either.

Second time purchasing from Falvey's and it was an absolute satisfactory experience. I went to the dealer with a vehicle already in mind from the website and had already contacted them to set up the appointment. Greg was pleasant and down to earth and "Crazy Eddie" was the salesman who took time to spend with me and my "new" Jeep Patriot. The team really took the time to get to know me and talked a little about themselves also and it really made you feel like home. Once I left the dealership, I was contacted the next day by "Crazy Eddie" with a quick little text just to make sure everything was okay and to let me know that I could easily reach him if I had any questions. When I am ready for another vehicle, I will be back. Going that extra mile and not making the consumer feel pushed into a sale is part of the ultimate service that I look for! First vehicle purchase from Falvey's, worked with Ed Isenburg and was more than satisfied with the entire purchase experience. "Updating from a 2011 to a 2015 Grand Cherokee"

My son recently bought a 2015 Grand Cherokee from Falvey's. He worked with a salesman named Darnell Williams and was very pleased with the results. At the time, my wife had a 2011 Grand Cherokee and after seeing the new Grand Cherokee's and how they had transition to a even better product, I knew it was time to trade. Darnell helped making this a "no pain" evolution and it was done in quick fashion. He sat with me to explain the numerous changes to the Grand Cherokee which made it a more of a quality vehicle that makes it stand out above the rest of other SUV's. He is the first salesman to do that which I greatly appreciated. I also am thankful to others, at Falvey's, who made this possible. I would without hesitation recommend buying a vehicle at Falvey's. After a lengthy discussion between my husband and I about a purchase between a newer SUV and a Dodge Grand Caravan, we went with the Caravan and couldn't be happier.
