With its signature style and off-road performance chops, the 2023 Jeep Wrangler is synonymous with adventure and excitement. A longtime fan favorite for Norwich, CT drivers, the Wrangler is a go-to for life on and off the beaten path. Other SUVs try to compete with it but can't quite keep up. Curious to know why? Falvey's Motors, Inc. is here with the details.

At our West Thames Street dealership in Norwich, we're known for our impeccable collection of brand-new vehicles from four of the most renowned brand names in the world – Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, and of course, Jeep. Our new vehicle inventory includes all the latest styles from each of these sought-after brands, including the newest options in the longstanding lineup of Jeep Wrangler SUVs.

Like many Jeep Wrangler model years before it, the 2023 version of this SUV offers drivers two different body style options, a convertible roof, and a can-do attitude. It's also available with gas power, diesel power, and as a plug-in hybrid. Other SUVs may try to keep up with this model's many winning traits, but they fail. Read on for more information.

The 2023 Jeep Wrangler vs. the 2023 Ford Bronco

On the surface, the Jeep Wrangler and the Ford Bronco appear to have a lot in common. Both have two style options available that you can choose from – either a two-door design or four-door model. Both SUVs also come with a removable roof for top-down, convertible-style fun in the sun. But dive a little deeper, and you'll discover several areas where our Jeep brand model clearly comes out ahead of the competing Ford. Ready to learn more? Dive in with us here:

  • Engines. Choosing either SUV gives drivers a range of engine options to power their vehicle. But where the Ford Bronco has just three gas-powered engines to pick from, with availability dependent on the trim level, the Jeep Wrangler has five impressive options to consider. Plus, the Jeep model also has a greater variety of types of powertrain as well, meaning it has gas, diesel, and plug-in hybrid performance available. The Ford Bronco doesn't have diesel or hybrid functionality available in its lineup.
  • Performance. Drivers can expect a range of impressive power outputs from the Jeep Wrangler SUV's selection of engines. The lineup starts with a V6 engine that produces 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque, and it tops out with a capable V8 that delivers 470 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. Not only is this a great amount of power and capability that you can count on, it's also a higher power output than you'll get with the Ford Bronco, which tops out at just 418 horsepower and 440 pound-feet of torque.
  • Interior. Side by side, these two SUVs have similar dimensions. But the Jeep Wrangler maximizes its interior space better than the Ford Bronco, with additional backseat room for your passengers to stretch out in. This includes extra headroom and two extra inches of rear legroom.
  • Tech. With the Jeep Wrangler, you can get as much, or as little, tech as you want. Smartphone integration and other features come standard, with many additional amenities added on as you explore all trim options.
